JagoInvestor Pune Meet Updates
We conducted a Readers meet in Pune on 13th June and the response was amazing. There were around 15-16 people who came amidst mild rain on venue and it started on time. It was nice to see all the participants and their bonding with Jagoinvestor. We had a guest speaker from Ahmedabad and he gave a mind-blowing speech on how to change your psychology about money.
It was a learning experience for me too and It was really incredible to meet and talk to readers face to face and talk to them personally . Every one who came shared their expectations and what they learned from the meet and everyone was very interested in these meets in future. We are planning next meet this Saturday in Mumbai for which we already have around 25-30 people expected. I am sure it will be a better one 🙂 . Will be having these meets across other cities soon . Bangalore is next .
Overall Pune meet was a successful event and I would like to dedicate this to all the readers in Pune. It were readers who took the pain and took time to be there and have finally decided to continue these meetings in future and they are also looking at taking on various responsibilites to keep it ongoing . I would like each and everyone who came personally and it was amazing to see you all there . There is much more coming in future and you are the first one to be the part of it. Thanks 🙂 . We are not sponsoring these meets , and actually these meet do not cost , we meet at some one’s flat and there is no food or snacks provided , so there are no expenses , if there are any expenses , I bear it .

Dear Manish,
Please check if there are sufficient hits from Lucknow, Kanpur, delhi etc. collectively so that we meet somewhere in any nearby city. I believe atleast people who all are interested wont mind coming to some nearby city. All readers from these places may please comment.

For now we are doing these meets on trial basis in major cities, there are not enough hits from the cities you mentioned, hence we will have meets in these cities only at later point . But i would like to Thank you for your interest

It was nice to be present at Pune meet. It was informative and refreshing. Many friends of mine are ready to join for upcoming meet. I am already eager to participate in next meet. Can we have agenda for next meet? so we all can prepare and participate actively in it..

Yes , we will have it again , but I am not sure if I can be there in all of them , The plan is to have local groups operating on its own , however lets see .. i guess we will have initial meets with my presence

Dont worry on that , All people in pune were comfortable with Hindi , thats the reason we did it , we will communicate in language which is fine for every one .

Sharing my Experience of being @ Pune Readers Meet:
It was an awesome experience attending first pune readers meet. I thank manish(founder of jagoinvestor.com and a dear friend) for inviting me and making me a part of it. As a financial planner it was a real priviledge interacting & sharing my experiences with people. (Although I attended the meet as an investor)
As an investor I always thought we are living in a society where we are oversold and overcommunicated . The meet provided me space to participate and to fully express my views .I am now part of a financial forum where I can connect, interact, communicate, and get to know like- minded people. I made new friends,- got an opportunity to share my own also got in touch with peoples financial concerns and commitments.
I see such meets as my support structure where I can make and keep financial promises( am dam sure it will take my financial life to a greater height). It encouraged me to be in action, it inspired me to stand for my own and other peoples financial life. It allowed me to discover a new relationship with money and wealth.
I urge each reader to take 2 hours from your busy life/schedule and attend future meets in your city (If you dont have one than create one). I See these meets as an opportunity, I see these meets as my pathway to financial freedom.

Timing : 10-12 am (If needed , it will be extended for 30 min or 1 hour) .
